• 1 cup Kashmir Foods Channa Dal (Split Bengal Gram)

• 1 medium onion – finely chopped

• 1 tomato – chopped

• 1 tsp Kashmir Foods Turmeric Powder

• 1 tsp Kashmir Foods Red Chilli Powder

• 1 tsp Cumin Seeds

• 1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste

• 2 tbsp oil or ghee

• Salt to taste

• Fresh coriander for garnish

• 3 cups water

1. Soak the Channa Dal:
   Rinse and soak 1 cup of Kashmir Foods Channa Dal in water for 2–3 hours.

2. Cook the Dal:
   In a pressure cooker, add soaked dal, water, salt, and turmeric powder.
   Cook for 3–4 whistles until soft but not mushy.

3. Prepare the Tadka:
