🔁 Easy Returns & Replacements

We accept returns or replacements for the following reasons:

You received the wrong item.
The product arrived damaged, leaked, or defective.
The item is expired or not as described on our website.

To help us serve you faster, please:

Inform us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team.
Share your order number and clear photos of the issue (if possible).
Our team will verify and arrange a replacement or refund depending on what you prefer.

We cannot accept returns for opened, used, or partially consumed food items for hygiene reasons — unless there’s a genuine defect or damage.

💰 Refund Process

Once your return is approved, we’ll process your refund in a simple and transparent way:

Refunds are made to your original payment method (or bank transfer for COD orders).
The process usually takes 5–7 working days after we receive and verify the returned item.
You’ll receive a confirmation once your refund has been initiated.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on:

Opened or used food items.
Products damaged due to customer mishandling.
Items returned after the return window has expired.
