📦 2. Where do you ship your products?

We currently ship to all major cities and towns across India through trusted courier partners.
Shipping to remote areas may take a little longer, but we’ll always keep you informed about your delivery status.


🚚 3. How long does delivery take?

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 4–8 working days, depending on your location.
You’ll receive a tracking link via SMS or email once your order has been dispatched.


💳 4. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods including:

  • Credit / Debit Cards
  • Net Banking
  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
  • Wallets
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on select locations.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after verification.

🍯 7. Is your honey and saffron genuine and pure?

Yes, absolutely!
Our Kashmiri Pure Honey and Kashmiri Saffron (Kesar) are 100% natural and lab-tested.
We source directly from authentic Kashmiri beekeepers and Pampore saffron farms to ensure you get the real thing — fresh, pure, and unadulterated.

All food items sold on Kashmir Foods are registered and approved under FSSAI License No. 21024418000394, meeting all Indian food safety and quality standards.


🕒 9. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order before it is shipped for a full refund.
Once shipped, cancellations aren’t possible, but you can still request a return or replacement if there’s an issue.


🧺 10. Do you sell only food products?

Right now, we focus mainly on Kashmiri food items — dry fruits, saffron, honey, pulses, spices, and beverages.
However, we’re expanding soon into kitchenware, cosmetics, gadgets, and lifestyle products — all with the same trust and quality you expect from Kashmir Foods.
