We accept return requests within 48 hours of delivery — just let us know and we’ll take care of the rest.

Our team will get back to you within 24 working hours to confirm and arrange a replacement or refund.
📦 Return Pickup & Processing
- Once your return request is approved, we’ll arrange a pickup or guide you on how to ship it back, depending on your location.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Once we receive and verify the return, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method or bank account for COD orders.
