💰 Refund Policy – Kashmir Foods

At Kashmir Foods, your satisfaction is our top priority.
We take great care to ensure every product reaches you in perfect condition — but if something goes wrong, we promise to resolve it quickly and fairly.


🔁 Eligibility for Refund

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • You received a damaged, leaked, or defective product.
  • The item delivered is wrong, expired, or missing.
  • Your order was cancelled before dispatch or could not be delivered.

Please inform us about the issue within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used food items cannot be refunded unless they are defective or incorrect.

To request a refund, simply send us an email at support@kashmirfoods.in with the subject line “Refund Request.”
Include the following details to help us process your request faster:

  • Your Order ID
  • Short description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product (if applicable)

Refund Process

Once your request is verified and approved:

  • Refunds will be initiated to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, or Wallet).
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer after confirmation.
  • Refunds are usually completed within 5–7 working days after approval.

🚫 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not applicable if:

  • The product has been opened, used, or damaged after delivery.
  • The return request is made after the 48-hour window.
  • The item was purchased during clearance or special sale events marked “non-returnable.”

💬 Cancellations

  • You can cancel your order before it’s shipped for a full refund.
  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you can still raise a return request if there’s an issue.
